We are pleased to announce that Anne Lewis has joined the organization as project manager for home- and community-based services.

Lewis will assist with all aspects of the Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) including operations for prospective and operational PACE programs, evaluating PACE feasibility, development of provider applications, and complete implementation assistance. In addition, Lewis will contribute to a variety of strategic and operational assessments of post-acute care service delivery for health systems and long-term care providers.
Lewis’s 25-plus years of experience in health care includes more than twelve years at Billings Clinic in Montana, where she led the start-up of the first PACE program in Montana and served as the PACE program director. In addition, she served as director of continuing care services, overseeing the nursing home and assisted living facilities. Lewis was also the director of medical case management and social work, and director of psychiatric services.

“Anne’s broad spectrum of experiences will lend themselves well as we look to enhance our PACE related project and strategic work,” said HDG CEO, Craig Abbott.

“As a former client of HDG, I’m honored to be working with the home- and community-based team,” Lewis said. “I’m looking forward to strengthening the HDG expertise and providing services for PACE and all home- and community-based services.”
